This class will introduce students to all the skills required to make clean and simple finished round cake. Students will also learn the techniques needed to create an eye catching on-trend Mermaid Buttercream Cake

- Learn how to mask a round cake in buttercream using the "lid" method to achieve the famous Australian Method - "Sharp Edges"
- Learn how to colour Buttercream.
- Learn to pour Isomalt to produce translucent coral shards
- Learn how to colour Popcorn for edible Coral
- Learn basic modelling using Gum Paste and colouring with Dusts & Metallic Paints
