Developed by William Angliss Institute in partnership with Liquor Control Victoria, the Advanced RSA – Resit course is designed for licensees, managers and staff of late-night venues who face complex compliance and risk management challenges.
This course focuses on strengthening your ability to manage high-risk environments, equipping you with practical tools and systems to effectively handle operational, legal and safety issues in your venue.

- Managing anti-social behaviour and difficult patrons
- Handling medical events, including overdoses
- Managing security teams, emergencies and criminal incidents
- Preparing for compliance inspections and working with authorities
Course Structure
- Online pre-learning covering Victorian liquor legislation and its intent
- Pre-course reading and assessment (must be completed before attending)
- Face-to-face training session
- Final assessments (quiz and case study) completed after the session
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of all assessments, participants can download a digital Certificate of Completion via the Moodle platform.
